Online T-Shirt Design App Website

I need a T-shirt design web site similar to www.shirtinator.de. Shirtinator´s design has all the design features that I would like incorporate in to my web site. It is important that the flash tool for design of t-shirts and other products, have all the features and functions that [login to view URL] have. The flash designer must have a back-end admin for managing gifts products, etc.. or be able to collect and send data to a PHP cart like SC-cart or OSCommerce. I don´t need the partner (affiliate) part in this stage. I need someone who has good rates and does outstanding work. I want a web site that is different and will attract people’s eyes. The Chosen designer must demonstrate the ability to incorporate good stylish design, follow instructions, and proof their work. I need access to all the source files to be able to translate to other langugage than English. I will only choose a service provider that has already completed similar solutions.
