Graphic Artist to do Mockup/Wireframe for Phone Apps

VERY SIMPLE Easy 10 rating----Logo will be provided. [login to view URL] We just need wireframe graphics mockup for Apple and Droid Apps. I assume we have to design this based upon using the smaller screen sizes, in case people have the standard smaller size phones? If they have use has the bigger phones then I guess they can see more questions per page or the same questions per page just bigger text size? Just need about 3 or 4 screens of questions that will be asked and answered by speech. There will be an instructions menu tab to show the user the spoken commands that are recognized by speech recognition. The user will have up to 12 questions to answer. When they have entered their answers for the questions that they want to answered they tap a button to show all answers, to make sure the SPEECH RECOGNITION got the correct answer. Any errors they can either tap the error and speak again again or they can manually correct the answer. I will provide the questions to the person I select. I like to see some photos of apps that you have designed.
