| Comments: She does nice work but never quite gets the job done in one session. In the middle of edits, she'll suddenly drop off and disappear and resurfaces a few days later to make a few more edits. She was patient with my edits...I'll give her that. I've asked for final edits to be done and she changed my home page on the last edit to an older version. Still not corrected. I have asked for the icon artwork that was done for the site and haven't received any response after 4 days. Here's one of the pages that is still left undone after 3 requests throughout the project to have it corrected http://tomasandassociates.com/demo.html Like I said, nice lady, descent work but incomplete job and laborious effort to have edits made and done correctly. Don't mean to slam her because she is VERY pleasant but things are ridiculous at this point and I have paid her in full trusting that she'd complete her work. Still gave her an 8 because I thought what she did complete looked good. |

The most urgent part of the project was to design a button which she supplied to me within 12hours. We only expected a static button and were pleased to receive an animated button file from GWS at no extra cost to ourselves.
Following this we forwarded her a list of changes and additions we required for our website. The following morning I arrived at my office and to my surprise all of the changes had been made on the site. The work was carried out without any disruption to our e commerce based website, she also implemented and integrated the changes without changing the appearance of the site (which we considered to be most important).
