NG deserves to be canned and avoided at all costs – and you to be warned. I provided a very detailed specification. NatGeo bid low for a job of about 300 hours. Before accepting, I asked NG: “Are you sure - that is quite a low price. I just want to be sure your are happy with the price as there is a fair bit of work.?” NG replied: “I fully understand the price quoted.” So, NG knew what he was doing. I accepted. NG then promised to start 4 times inside 2 weeks. Each time NG failed to start and each time NG would not email me – I had to email NG. Then, after 2 weeks and more broken promises to start, NG said: “Because of a very important development last night…” which NG explained was a better offer, and asked to withdraw. Since then NG has not replied to 3 emails. Unprofessional, untrustworthy and unreliable. Use NG at your grave peril. Not the first time, see what bargaincruser said on 07.03/2006 – once maybe, twice unforgivable. |
