freelancer script modifications (GAF features, clone)

Hi,
I have posted this project before, but now increased the budget.
I have a script similar to sobftbiz freelance script in PHP. It is unfortunately missing lots of features which the [url removed, login to view] script already has. Following you will find a list of these features.
I would require following additional features/modifications:
-) adding an Escrow system similar to [url removed, login to view]
-) adding a private message system with look and feel like GAF including the ability to upload files similar to GAF
-) ability to upload a file when posting a project
-) ability to hide the biddings from other users simliar to GAF
-) no separation btw/ webmaster and programmer as users (my current script makes this separation from the sign up process)
-) including latest won/lost biddings in the review ratings similar to GAF
-) Including bronze/golden memberships
-) including featured/non-public project properties similar to GAF.
-) some other small modifications. You are welcome to offer new practical features.
Service providers with experience in similar freelancer projects will be preferred. Please provide reference.
