Description: Hi, I want vb.net code for alarm system.
When I run the code, the program must do this steps (we suppose that we are already registered to voip company like voipbuster.com):
1. make a phone call via sip (it reads a xml file, to find the telephone number and the username, password, registar from voipbuster.com)
2. If answer the other party, then the "program speaks" a .wav or .mp3 file
3. Then hangup
I don't need any interface, or anything else.
