Description:	I need a quiz component built for joomla - functionality needs to be just like https://harmonia.dmv.state.ny.us/quiz/displayQuestions.cfm?cpe=10 same functionality almost exactly - the only difference being that when they answer all the questions and click GRADE ME - instead of being a link, the correct answer should have a hover over effect with more detailed info. all other features should be the same. i want the ability to add questions as i see fit - as many as i want. the component should have the ability to build multiple tests for the same site - i will be building 20-30 tests with roughly 10-15 questions per test. I will not need to store the testers test results so it should be pretty easy I am looking to spend $200 (US) for component - i will escrow money upon choosing a provide and will only release funds if the features i have detailed are fully functional.
