Description:	The site has been online for the past year; we decided to redesign the site and had a clear idea of how it will look. We decided to make a blueprint to ease the work and stress for the web designer/programmer, so technically we did the thinking all is ask is to follow the design print. Let me be clear about one thing, even tough the site is stock related it’s important for us that the site have a “vibrant look, be clean, professional, user friendly, color friendly [green, blue, gray, may be flexible with other colors], and the most importantly is the site need to editable by us. So the programmer needs to come out with a Content Management System. One more thing the site use to have Google ads on the left hand section which is no longer available, and now currently there is a white gap instead, having said that the site needs to be realigned and have a symmetrical layout. The site is simple and easy it does not have merchandise, product to sell or even paid Membership area section. The site is made up of 8 pages where 5 are static and 3 are needed to be changed constantly with news info example: ( stock research, news, article analysis) this is why a Content Management System is needed ..if you cant supply us with this please refrain from Bidding.
