Description: I AM REPOSTING THIS PROJECT BECAUSE THE PREVIOUS PROVIDER NEVER ANSWERED MY EMAILS. SO PLEASE SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY!!!

Ok, I will try to explain this project!!

I use one software called EMAIL SENDER to send my Promoting Emails. This software work with a .TXT files (Email Address)

I have a list with a total of 10.000 emails and that list grow every time.

I am current using excel to manage my database but that is NOT working.

I'd like to send an email for that growing list every month, but right now on excel, I have to open my current list (10.000) and paste the new email address and than I need to ask to remove the duplicates, if Any, but I dont know after that point which one is the new email?

I need something on excell or Access or any other software that I can add those 10K emails (.txt) and everyday when I get a new list of emails, that could be 100, 200 whatever size of new emails, I need the database or software to tell me, ok on this new list you already have 50 or whatever duplicates, Remove? yes or no, and than export the list of NEW email on a separate files, so I can send an email to those New address, so I can later add those new emails to the mail file!!!

Please let me know if I need to give a better explanation!
