Description:	I am looking for a talented and resourceful freelancer who can help me create training videos for my company similar to Lynda.com and Learnkey training videos. I will provide the topic and a basic outline/table of contents and the freelancer is responsible for everything else. I do not like to micromanage so I am looking for someone who can think independently and envision what the end-viewer/consumer would like to learn and see in the training video. I will provide basic guidelines, which must be followed, but everything else is up to the freelancer. As a result, the freelancer must be very good with computers and computer programs and be able to learn quickly and also communicate clearly what he/she has learned effectively. For example, if I want a training video on 3D Studio Max, I will provide a basic outline/table of content of what the training video will be about and the resourceful and talented freelancer will be responsible for getting a demo of the program, learning what is needed through ebooks, friends, online and program help, and then being confident enough to teach it to beginners. The winning freelancer will be responsible for creating the content script and recording the actions with Camtasia Studio. The freelancer will also need to read the content script and record his/her voice and coordinate the on-screen actions with the script. Naturally, I prefer native English speakers (US/UK/Australia), but if the content quality is excellent and the on-screen actions perfectly coordinated, I can hire someone else to redo the voice. This, however, is not preferred as it delays the launch of the product. I have worked with Eastern Europeans from Romania and Estonia in the past and have been very, very happy with their work. There are some very talented and resourceful people there. As a result, I encourage them to bid as I know they can get the job done. In any case, if you are interested in this project, please message me. I will show you a sample of what I'm looking for and will ask that you produce something similar on a different topic as a test. If you can do this and I am impressed with the quality, then you are hired. This is a large project and since there is always something new to learn, there will always be new training videos. As a result, I am looking for a long-term business relationship. As a large amount of money is involved, half the project amount will be put into escrow and released upon completion of to-be-determined milestone. The other half will be put into escrow and released upon completion of the video with voice. I am looking for dedicated individuals. I am also looking for quality work and will pay for quality work. Upon acceptance of the project, freelancer and I will determine a project completion date. If project is not completed by that date, a warning by email will be sent. If project has not been completed 10 days after warning is sent, project will be cancelled and escrow funds removed. If I can leave negative feedback, I will. I am very understanding, but there are limits. I don't like excuses so if you are lazy, not sure of your ability, and not excited about this type of project, then don't bid. Lastly and most importantly, even though this is a training video, I will still check for plagiarism on the content script. Plagiarism is not tolerated and if discovered, will result in immediate project cancellation. Don't do it. It's stealing. If you have any questions, please send me a message.
