Description:	Phase 1: Looking for someone that can move the work that has been done on my demo (sub domain) wordpress site which uses wordpress version 2.5 over to my main domain which is currently running wordpress version 2.3.1. The main site will need to be upgraded. Also looking for someone that can review and ensure my website is cross browser compatibility (Firefox, IE6, IE7, etc.). Phase 2: Will be moving towards selling physical goods (50-200 items with potential for more down the road) and looking at implementing a shopping cart to my site. Can anyone propose me complete ordre processing solution?? Phase 2 Goals: Will require a fully functional back end and front end. Require user friendly design using the backend of wordpress. Front end will need some design work to appear visually nice. Shopping cart is optimized for SEO Payments options at checkout I wish to have are "Google Checkout", Paypal", and "regular third party merchant account". Would like the process to have dynamic shipping options at the "My Cart - screen", that calculates shipping cost based upon either postal code (Canada) and zip code (US). Will need to be some coding and programming required to ensure everything functions properly. Phase 2 Ideas: wp C-commerce plugin (appears to have many options and would be easy to use for me) Canada Post's SellOnline shipping module UPS, USPS, and FEDex shipping calculator (API??) Google Checkout Paypal Checkout and Paypal IPN Thrid Party Merchant Account NOTE: At this time I am only posting the job for phase 1, but I want to make everyone aware of the future projects and what job type/ skills I will be seeking. Am looking for a person I can stick with to grow the site with. Also this Phase 1 I will treated as a trial and based upon this phase will determine how I wish to proceed on to the rest. Also the timing I am looking at for these 2 phases is about 2-3 months, completion aimed for around August / September. (I can supply further information through PM and also will put together some documents to be uploaded to further explain my thoughts.)
