Description:	We have a website dedicated to Russian audience to build. The central part will be a webmagazine based on Wordpress MU. There will additional part as a directory of professionals, a catalog of real estate properties, private space for users, etc. The website will be built in an iterative way. We define the scope of one part, code it, document it, test it and decide what will be the next part. I provide the design with UML entities schema, UML use cases and page layout. I want to be able to physically meet the developer in Russian or Ukraine (not too far from Moscow or Kiev) The website will be in Russian and French (we provide French translation) This project is quite large and requires a good organization. I don’t need an autistic hacker. You have to be able to plan your work and communicate it, provide daily reporting, explaining what you are doing, what problems you encounter and document your work. If you don’t provide daily reporting, we stop. If you don’t answer email or instant message, we stop. If there is no documentation, we stop.
