Description: This project consists of 3 steps, full details in the attached file:

1) Provide a VALID/SEMANTIC XHTML/CSS template that looks good in all popular browsers (FF3/Safari/ie7+6/Opera).

2) Build the template into CMS Made Simple Content Management System with a number of modules (list is provided in attached document)

3) Insert users content into the webpage.

Please download the project spec sheet and private message me for a mockup of the design.

We need someone that pays attention to detail, can fix problems on their own and really know CMS Made Simple very well. If you are reliable we will continue to use you for future projects.

If you provide portfolio examples with tables or invalid XHTML/HTML markup your bid will be ignored because you clearly can not pay attention to details.
