Description:	I have a fairly large scripting project that involves several levels/layers of automation across multiple websites and desktop applications. I will flesh out the concept below, please tell me if this can be accomplished. If it can be accomplished and successfully tested and implemented I am willing to bring you online as a consultant with a monthly retainer fee. I have a multitude of clients who email me orders for a specific specialized service (service comprised of two major tasks which requires 1: on site photos through use of contractors and 2: data population to my clients web based forms using scraped data from password protected user specified website results). These emailed orders always have hyper links attached to their emails to accept assignments. These emails are "blast" to my competitors as well. The key here is to accept the service order as quickly as possible. Orders are sent to me via email 24 hours a day. My hope would be something could monitor a pop email account and recognize when an order comes in and automatically interpret and accept the order in real time (or fastest send/receive refresh time) the moment it comes in. They come in both individually at times, and other times several at once (accepting sometimes requires a login to my clients site using unique login names and passwords). This script/service/macro/bot/whatever would have to account for these variables as well as ignore the confirmation emails that follow for the orders that were already accepted. It would also have to account for the fact that it may not have beaten my competition in time to accept the order. Also, as infrequent as it may be there may be other stray emails that make it into this account that would obviously need to be ignored. I was hoping a secondary script could run every half hour to an hour taking those accepted orders and archiving their specific order id numbers to a database. Was hoping this database could be automatically uploaded to a basic joomla member-centric broadcast site of our own, (this needs to be built from a template I have in inventory) where site members are broadcast orders on a blast email like we receive. This is the first of the two tasks required by my clients mentioned earlier. These members would be competing to get the photo orders. They accept, they take pics, they upload and are automatically marked as complete on the site. This also creates a database to track volume of orders processed by members as well as calculate their monthly payout. The second of the two tasks (the data entry portion) needs to be an exact replica of this solution: http://b p o 5 0 0 0.com. I was hoping to improve upon this solution (see video demos on website). I basically want to automate as much of this process as I can using a dedicated standalone order accepting computer for the email/pop, and a dedicated order processing computer for the coordination of photos and data processing aspect. Your input will be considered as well if you have ideas on streamlining even further. I need someone very savvy in coding/technology. I have a number of much greater opportunities for thousands of dollars in future projects if we can complete this successfully. My ideal consultant needs to be able to realize my vision and will know or have the resources of persons at his/her disposal that are familiar with Joomla 1.5 Mootools (YooTheme Templates), Community Builder, Account Expiration Control (AEC), Fireboard, PHP, Google Earth/Maps APIs, KML Files, Google Maps Placemark & Balloon Customizing, JavaScripts, Macromedia Flash, Adobe Flex, MySQL, MyPHP, Visual Basic, .NET IOpus/IMacros
