Looking for someone who can design a "message board" system from the ground up with quite a few adjustments.
Users will need to register to post. Registered users will have multiple social networking options, including friends, profiles, image hosting, etc.
Posts should be able to include images, links, text, limited text editing, and embeded objects such as youtube videos.
The message board will look and feel like a typical message board, but have a few unique stipulations which will be detailed after the bid is won.
Once again, this project will essentially be a message board, however, please consider it something fairly new and unique. I would expect to be able to watch the progression of the website and provide input throughout the process.
