Description: My client wants to develop a new website for www.telefonos-moviles.com using Joomla as the working framework.

We are looking for a team that can accomplish this task in 3 phases.

1st phase: Designing of a new web 2.0 image for this mobile comms website, maximizing normalized ads areas (different formats IAB Standard sizes) and also including following areas:

a. New (recent) mobile phone models inserted ao our database
b. More recent used mobile phones to be selled (we have a 2nd hand mobile phones marketplace at our website)
c. Specials offers
d. Latest News

2nd phase: Develop new Joomla website based on online one at URL www.telefonos-moviles.com but with new image template aproved on phase one.

3rd phase: Migrate all information of actual website to new one. I mean populate new website with contents of old one.

Althought this bid is for entire project, we also accept that you only bid for one of these phases. In this case you MUST be very clear for what you are bidding for.
