Description: We have various projects that are dealing with Ruby On Rails with an SQL backend and some minor jobs with PHP. We are also looking for a long term html project to take on additional construction of our web site. Layouts are already there and the web site is built and maintained by myself but I wish to take on an additional hand. Since GAF requires me to post an immediate project I will start with a ROR GUI and an SQL backend project.

We need someone that can make modifications to our existing ROR site which will have to be discussed furthur. As a first job we would like someone to restrict a section of the GUI menu to only the users we specify from the DB. Simple.

Please note we are most interested in someone with all the skills listed but could settle for just ROR/SQL experience.
