Description:	Hi all, I'm looking for a consultant to help me build a multi portal Jobs website that is advertised on this site (Gr8MiningJobs)Jobs Portal. I would prefer someone here in Australia that has a registered Company. So that we can communicate easily. I would like you all to go to http://digitalfire.com/dreamsite/LAMP.html This is what I'm looking for in setting up my web site, so someone that knows what this is all about and has years of experience in doing this, I'm after a experience professional who has a track record with qualifications. I would like to let you know up front that you will be working with me to get this web site done and you will not be supplying the web site as I want unbias information from you. You will need at least 8 years experience setting up a lamp based client server using php sql ect I will want to see proof of your qualifications and experience and your ability to consult, write and communicate to get this project done in a proffessional and timely manner. I'm after someone to liase with me and check what others are telling me, and to direct me into what to watchout for in building and when sourceing the programers to execute the making of our web site. Must be a good comunicator and available to be contacted on phone and email at all times, I want to be able to contact you between the hours of 0800 2200 western australian time. I will attempt to only contact you via phone after 2000 if its urgent, mostly I will communicate via email and I would expect quick reply's during these hours. I am a shift worker doing 12 hr shift so it won't always be late at night. Please give me a price as a total package, I will liase with you and tell you what I want on the site and you are to be prepared to draft up the specifications and project details of whats needed and help organise the works to be completed by programers. Please make sure that you have the time to do this project and beable to devote time for it. I want the specifications and project details, and approximate times required to do each step of the web site development, with times and approximate costings to keep the site within budget and this is to be organised within two weeks from the time that I appoint you as my consultant. You will also be required to give an estimate of what it should cost so that I can decide who is going to carry out the making of the site. I don't want problems in finalising a writter only to find out he under or over quoted his/her times. Payment to be 20% at completion of the specification of project details, 30% at completion of all programing (web site made) then the final 50% to be paid in full once the website is tested and running trouble free, your help is expected in testing out the running of the site to make sure that its all working, up and running as it should.
