Description: A) We need a developer who can create a simple user management system with the following options.
1. Signup form
- username (in one of 3 domains)
- First name
- Last name
- Email
- Password
- Confirm passwod
- Captcha
2. Change password, first name, last name
3. Send password by email.

Backend for admin is not necessary but is a plus.
It is possible and preferable to use open source frameworks for that.

B). Integrate google apps provisioning.
Use one of the APIs in Python, PHP, Perl

At the moment we need only 2 functions from this apis
-create account (at the same time as user added to MySQL)
-update user information - password, first name, last name)

Google Maps developer here and we could do this job is php/mysql with admin control panel where from you can control all three domain.
