Description: Front page themed to match our existing site (Using vBulletin)

Must be Search engine optimized, CSS, Xhtml validated and have a back-end administration that we can add links, rotating static 195 x 60 banners (Meaning they do not appear in the same spot) and display links to the latest threads (updated each hour).

The page should be static .html and update by cron task every hour to change the display order of the banners and retrieve the latest threads on the site.

Experience with pulling the latest threads in vBulletin is required and we would like to see some examples in your PM (just a few) of quality css/xhtml pages that you have done that are Search engine optimized.
