Description:	Only bid on this project if you are an individual developer & work 6 days a week. You must be able to provide quality assurances and also completion of works on milestones. All payments will be done on completion of project milestones only. Also only bid for the project if you are able to provide at least 12 months of stable and reliable ongoing development and have a thorough proficiency in developing scaleability and extensibility in your development programming. You must be able to provide a service agreement and ability to work to contract. The programming is for the development of a PHP system that regulates a number of business processes for a business. There is an admin level and also multiple users. The system requires the following components that are tied into communicative services between the various users: 1. A live Messenger Service 2. Online Guest Book 3. Web to Mobile and Mobile to Web Sms 4. Message boards with ability to upload attatchments [.doc, .pdf, .jpg, etc] 5. OS Commerce 6. Paypal integrative shopping cart 7. a billing module 8. reporting and statistics tools [depicted in graphs and tables] 9. various forms and registrations. For additional Information and an overview please refer to the attached document. Also other business processes are similar to components of "facebook". Therefore it will be very straight forward to see working examples of some of the required functions. Payments also are only strictly on completion of works through project milestones. No payments will be made in advance. The work involves: 1. programming in PHP 2. database management 3. Graphics user interface development 4. Flash Banner design 5. Website Security The developers that take on this project will be rewarded in addition with bonuses for additional inputs in meeting and exceeding the expectations/requirements of the application to carry out business processes. Do not apply for this project if you are only geared towards one off style projects. This is definitily and ongoing development project and required dedicated and stable development to reduce wastage and delays. This project is ideally suited to a non company, and an individual with the development skills to suit that wants to take this on as a pet project to work on so that they can remain loyal to the development process. The initial bulk of the project [which is the working prototype] needs to be delivered in 25 days from commencement. From this point onwards there will be additional ongoing development at the scale of $300 - $500 a month on a part time basis for various additions/enhancements. Your development and graphic interface must be crisp and professional and to a high standard.
