Description: I have a web project that is "bigger than a basic site". It's not exactly huge, but it does have a few moving parts. I require valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional and valid CSS. I prefer hand-coders, but as long as the code is clean and 'mostly' table-less, I'll be happy.

The general idea is that people will log in and manage multiple websites. There will be a series of forms that ask questions and each section should be stored in a MySQL database until our clients are complete. Once all of the forms have been filled out, the system will generate a series of webpages for the client to add to their website.

I am looking to build a long-term relationship with a skilled and intelligent individual or a group, so bid well and work better!
