Description:	Looking to have a webcams website where users can watch live video feeds and pre-recorded sessions as well. All of the webcams will be high quality and with integrated microphones and will all be connected to the same private server, since rooms will be one next to the other and multiple computers are not necessary. Each user will be allowed to watch limited contents since his very specific profile should tell the program which libraries he is allowed to watch. There will be no paying methods since the accounts should be created only by an administrator whom will tell the program the contents that the user will be allowed to access. There should be three types of profiles: 1)users: are only allowed to enter their accounts, edit their personal information and change password. Also will be able to download contents contents that will be attached to each of the videos webpage. The users will not be allowed to download ANY of the videos. 2)moderators: each of the libraries will be assigned to at least one moderator who will be in charge of maintenance such as delete improper comments or other material and adding contents such as notes, presentations and/or assignments. 3)administrator: these will have the authority to add webcams to the system and dictate the recording schedule for each webcam. The schedule should include the time frames where the camera will be recording and the library under which the system should live-feed the video and eventually store it for later view from the users. I will also need help with graphics and the website design since I really don't know how to do these things. I'm looking for a generic program that should work in a website which I could diversify and add a bunch of others as I add new places to apply the system. For example: www.onlywebcams.com could be the home website and the particular website for your the Florida state would be www.florida.onlywecams.com and this way I could use the same program for a bunch of different places. I would like to have the generic program and then have the system accept as many webcams as I need and name the homepage different (for example Florida's OnlyWebcams) and probably adding a logo (for example the seal) and change the color scheme for the webpages. A Chat should accompany every library. The Chat should remain the same as the users change videos from the same library. Once the user selects a video from a different library, the Chat will be changed to the one assigned to that specific library. Some ads could also be included, though these should NOT include any adult material. The website will be useful to even children so obscene material won't be allowed.
