Description: We need someone to create a tool in which you input a link for a Youtube video, and the tool downloads the video flv file (there are programs that do this, so if need be it could utilize them) and copies the title/description/tags, then uploads it onto another similar site. Ideally, the code would be editable to allow for using it on sites other than Youtube as well, and would have multiple input spots so that many links could be put to process simultaneously.
