Description: I am looking for a program that can run on either my server or desktop in the background that can compare odds on a betting exchange against other bookmakers internet sites, it will require a scraper of some description that can find the odds on certain sites. When it has found odds between a set a parameters that I define it should either send me an email or produce a popup.
