Description:	We are looking for someone who can put together some kind of database system for us to utilze for work. We are looking for something to help us build a system that will allow us to keep track of 1000 plus independant contractors nationwide that are all working on 100 plus files each from 10 of our different vendors. We want to be able to stora, rate, and categorize our vendors and our independant contractors. We will need alerts on the dashboard when different files have hit deadlines with out the proper login & update from our contractors. we also would like to have a mapping software that will allow us to find best routes from one file to another, but also allow each adjuster to know what addresses to schedule for the same days. We want this also to track invoices and costs. Hopefully replacing our accounting software and our CRM software. Additional information submitted: 06/06/2008 at 5:59 EDT: 1. This is a complex site & will need to be a web based software- and we need to be sure that the software is availble to handle unlimited growth. 2. We will want to also work out a service agreement for the software with who ever builds it. 3. We will need to see some demos of previous work that is similar. 4. Quicker completion time is more important than cost 5. we would like to also be afforded the opportunity to see as many options and their costs before we start. We are not wanting shortcuts. 6. We also want the availabilty to sell the software, or retain the software and sell licenses at a later time if it becomes available
