Description:	need a program for my membership site. Here's what it should do: - Allow members to upload pictures and/or video to the site, turn the pictures uploaded into a video - Add wipe effects, and ability to add text - Each member should also have the ability to add text that will appear in the text portion of the Youtube and Google video site.
