Description: Dear Sirs/Madams

We are looking for someone to create us a new website. This will include a large amount of design creation and programming to create this task, so we only want the best.

The website is going to be a similar port of eBay.

The website will allow users to bid for a barter for items for which they wish to buy and create a user account similar to that of ebays.

Users of product sales (sellers) should be able to list their products, with a design manager and upload images and descriptions.

The website should have a feedback and messaging system similar to ebays.

The sites NEEDS to have an ebay importer which will import all sellers data from ebay such as auctions, usernames, feedback scores etc similar to ioffers Mr Grabber software.

The website must have a web 2.0 feel to it, with a fresh simple design to that of shopifys.
