Description: I need to have a release form written up for the tree removal at a property that I own. I want to make sure that the "neighbor" who wants the tree down and is willing to cut down himself knows that we (the property owners) will not be held responsible for any damage and/or injuries that could occur to either himself, others or the property. He will be renting his own equipment and I don't know if any permits are necessary to cut this tree down. Further, no claims can be made against our insurance and he takes care of all costs.

I have written release forms before and with minimum research on the laws of your state, county, and town I do not for see it taking that long to produce a legally binding contract. I'm a paralegal and have expeicence in this field.
