Description:	The purpose for the site (www.wealth4rent.com) is to generate traffic by posting as many ads as possible. It is not an Ecommerce site as it will not sell anything but it will obviously need to have some database generator. The site should enable any registered user to post an ad of a luxury item for sell anywhere in the world. Any user posting an ad should have the ability to add one picture. Posting an ad should be as easy as possible. Visitors / viewers should be able to search posted ads by item name, type and location (geographic - country, state, city). Please view the following sites: http://www.theluxuryindex.com This is a good sample to what I need but without the travel section (for now.) http://www.luxuryrealestate.com/ This one has only real-estate. I want to have real-estate cars plans boats on my sites just as theluxuryindex.com , I am sending you this site as a sample for general look because I like it, tell me what you think. Also: No need for an interactive map as these sites have. This site should have a very powerful category, and search system (as I think it should grow a lot); yes the idea is to make it grow to have a lot of traffic A user can post more than one ad, but one by one and, and with verification, so people would not be able to post with automatic programs. - What info should an Ad have? Image, title? What more? Purpose of this site is just to promote that luxury posted, and to get in touch the client and the luxury provider the site will not sell the luxury items. I will not sell anything and would not be responsible for anything, when they post an ad they should agree to the rules by checking a box, that remove any responsibility from me, we will not be responsible for anything posted, errors defective merchandise, fraud price. Nothing we just promote their ads, items sold or rented will have anything to do with our site. Category (drop down menu), Subcategory (drop down menu), Title (input text field), description (input text field), picture. Fine to me; just make sure it looks good and professional. There will be no need to register to post an AD, anybody can post for free, after I approve it will show on the site, and it will be there for 1 week only, after that it will be deleted automatically. , But only register users will be able to track their ads and repost existing ads or deleted ads. Register users will have to pay minimal fee to register their name, reposing for them should be only a few clicks. We have a profile of registered User so they can keep tracking their Ads - need to create a Super Administrator User that reads when a user want to post an ad, and only if the it this one will appear on the site. Super Admin approves the ads before posting. Super Admin approves the ads and can delete it. Ads should wait in a queue for approval of Super Admin most important the site should look, as a site you would want to post ads there, a site that attract visitors because it is easy to use and the items look so good and obtainable they would try to get it.
