Description:	Description: We are in need of a graphic designer and/or web developer that is able to creatively develop custom web design layouts based on our client's needs. Right candidate would preferably have web development experience as well (in addition to web design) but we can train for the right individual. The position is currently a part-time, work from home position as a sub-contractor but has full time potential in the future. Requirements: * Experience with Adobe Photoshop * Experienced with HTML, CSS * Be able to follow both written and oral instructions * 100% Reliable * Clearly speak and write in the English language * Team skills * Easily accessible for phone calls and responsive to e-mails a must * Able to meet deadlines * Able to work in a serious and focused way * Extremely trustworthy and ethical * Creative and Innovative * Only serious and commited individuals need apply * Flash experience a plus * PHP, Ajax, Perl, Javascript, SQL, and other design/programming languages a big plus but others should still apply.
