Description: In general 2 joomla templates needs to be developed for 2 different site.

For 1 new site, is mainly only a simple template development. (content is ready) and some SEO

For the second site, also template development to handle 2 languishes.
Current site is made in Phpwcms and had good ranking in google, this needs to be maintained when converted to joomla (extra SEO welcome).
Users can request a demo, after x time they need to receive a newsletter.

Later on, possible integration for a webshop and extended with a CRM solution.

Hello, I am based in San Jose (Silicon Valley), California - United States, I am a web programmer / project manager and have developed a transparent method for providing freelance web development services. All development is done on what is known as a "cloud computing" environment, this is a server that is hosted by Amazon.com which allows me to actually run a Linux desktop on the server, this way you can login to watch as work is being done using remote access and I can have my contractor programmers / designers work on the project under my direction (I can see everything that is being done and instruct them), there is no ambiguity as to how long things or taking or what is being done at what time -- you can see everything and I save screen shots taken at 5 second intervals so you can later review all work.
