Description: I am looking for someone to design a website with the following features:

1. Modern clean design - I have placed the job of completing the logo on this site - have a look to get an idea of theme.
2. There are 2 main sections - sales and distribution.
3. Sales is to have a checkout facility (at this moment checkout will be for the office to call them back for payment) and must have admin area to make uploading and management easy. Each listing must be able to have multi images.
4. Distribution (core of the business) will be a map of the uk. The user hovers mouse over where they live and clicks, they do the same for the delivery address. These 2 points are then shown in fields underneath (eg. Newcastle to Southampton). Another field will ask what needs delivering (eg Washing Machine), another field asks timescale (eg. Next Day or Budget), another field asks Size (eg. Small, medium, large, ex large, free text) and another field asks how they heard of us (Google, Yahoo, ebay, an other - please state). This is then submitted to us via an email template with an auto generated enquiry reference that the customer receives once they have submitted enquiry to us with a brief thanks message. there will also be a section where commercial customers can get in touch for an enquiry with special fields for them to fill in. I also would like an area where customers can log in to check progress of their delivery (once client has submitted an enquiry with a reference number, we quote and if they accept they can track progress online by logging onto site with the quote number as their password - naturally we data enter progress ie job accepted on 01.07.08, collection booked for 03.07.08 arrived at warehouse 04.07.08 delivery booked for 08.07.08 job completed)
5. Other pages to include Terms and Conditions - I want the client to have to click a box to agree to terms and conditions before submitting distribution quote or purchase of item.
6. Contact us via enquiry form (general enquiries).
7. I would like a simple game on the site as well - just to incorporate the logo and what we do - something generic - I dont want a custom made one.
8. I also need links building and some seo
9. I have a hosting package but may need a hand uploading
