Description:	dear sir i want a gps software with the following functions. The software can run in windows vista business and it will be used for survey,map making and navigation.apart from normal navigation tools /functions ,such as speed,direction/azimuth,latitude,longitude, variable range marker(VRM),Electronic bearing line (EBL) closest point of approach (CPA),tine of closest approach (tcpa) both for fixed and moving object.adjustment of vector length (by adjusting the vector time ,latitude /longitude on cursor ,inputing of way points , drawing line with two given points/positons the positions can be seclected by cursor or by inputing lat/long . MAP MAKING TOOLS like pasting a scanned photo (satellite image) map, and fixing it with two known points {latitude and longitude} then drawing lines (free hand or straight line ) .The lines can be given names and can be edited with respect to starting and finishing point lat /long azimath,colour nature of line [thick line ,dotted line ,polygon, etc] then the scannened image can be removed. you will have a good idea from the following link http://www.gpstm.com/downloadscontract.php help can be taken from [ GPS TrackMaker is a communication program to connect GPS to PC. It allows the creation and edition of Waypoints, Tracklogs and Routes. www.gpstm.com/ ] . the free vertion IT SHOULD BE ABLE TO HANDLE AIS INPUT TO DISPLAY ON THE SCREEN AS TERGETS{ WTIH OPTION TO HIDE THE UNWANTED TARGETS} THE SOFTWARE WILL HAVE A SEPARTE SURVEY SECTIONthis will be used for survey of river bed so while navigation on a perticular way ,option should be there to enter numeric and alphabet and symbol there will a box on the screen in which data can be entered there will be three separate options to enter the data 1 ENTER DATA IN THE PRESENT POSITION --------------------------------------------------------------------------In this option the data entered will be automatically asigned to the present position (that is where the gps is presently or the present latitude / longitude)that means when ever a data will be entered in the data input box it will have a unique address that is the present latitude longitude ----------------------------data _ lat/long________________- -- -- 2 MANUAL ENTRY OF DATA AND LATITUDE /LONGITUDE IN THE DATA ENTRY BOX in this option separately data and latitude lomgitude can be entered in the data entry box and a table of data and corresponding lat/long can be obtained , so each data will have a unique address of lat/long 3 BY INPUTING DATA AT THE CURSOR POSITION 4 SPECIAL CASE INPUT--- Echo sounder data input in NMEA format when fed in the comnputer at a pertucular predetermined interval will be automatically recorded in the present position that is the present lat /long that is each echosounder data will be uniquely associated to a perticular lat/long For all the above cases input data and the corresponding position (lat /long )will be available in tabular format that is when the data is entered in the box (by any of the above methods) the data will be displayed in one collumn and the corresponding latitude/longitude will be displayed in the next collumn .This will be in such a way that a data and its position will be in the the same row . when ever a data is entered it is automatically saved At any point of time the data lat /long packet can be saved as a file giving a perticular name .time and date.this file can be can be copied and transfered to other computers having the same software when right click on the file name the following options will be displayed 1view in tabular format 2 calibrate /register the file to view the data on latitude longitude grid this will be like placing a transperent layer with visible data on the lat/long background ;each data has a perticular co ordinate address that is lat/long and the software will acess the lat/long data table and plot the data in the corresponding latitude longitude. now the data will be displayed on the corresponding lat/long there will be option to show contours that is the software will join the same value data like 3 4 5.5 10, any number the software will join the same depth and draw a contour there will be option to show /hide depths-countours now when the gps will be switched on the position will be displayed over the background of depths countours and symbol thus the navigator can navigate using the contours and depths. Similarly the software should be able to reccord any track in which the ship has moved this track can be saved and named with date and time in side a folder as a file this track file /folder can be copied and transfered to other computers having the same software ,and can be placed as a layer over the other existing layers (there will be option to change the scale but by changing the scale the size iof the track,symbol, etc will not be changed scanned images and calibrate by 2 known points can import google and like charts KINDLY LET ME KNOW IF U CAN DEVELOP SAUCH A SOFT WARE FOR ME the name of the system will be RATHIN'S HUGHLY NAV SYSTEM THERE WILL BE OPTION TO GENERATE PASS CODE EVERY TIME THE SOFTWARE IS COPIED TO A COMPUTER. AND ONE COPY CAN BE COPIED TO ONLY ONE COMPUTER. THE SAME COPY WILL NOT BE COPIED TO OTHER COMPUTER/C.D/LAPTOP WITH SAME PASS CODE . YOU HAVE TO MAKE ME THE COMPLITE OWNER OF THE SOFT WARE.
