Description: This is a very simple information website which should be coded with simple HTML, but the only thing different is that there is a FedEx shipping button on the website, and an e-mail form. It will need to function just like the following link:

http://www.gol*dpaq.com/fas*ttrack/ (REMOVE STARS TO SEE THE WORKING LINK)

The API for FedEx can be found here: http://fedex.com/us/solutions/shipapi/sample_code.html/

When you click on the "Free Mail-In Kit", it should send me an e-mail with that information, so I can send the customer a package.

The website width is 980px. I expect the coder to send me all of the coding files in the end.

I expect this to cost between $250 and $400. I also forgot to mention that I need this same website to be uploaded on two different domains with different logo's.
