Description:	What I need done I need a software application running for mobile phone which can show to its user current geographic location coordinates. To obtain the location data it should use either GPS or GSM network services (GPS is preferable, but if a GPS is not available, application should use GSM service to get approximate location). User should be able to invoke the application and see its current location on mobile phone display. Other context/requirements that providers will need to know The target platform is Symbian. The target network is GSM. The target area of use is a Europe. No specific requirements for target device or mobile operator. No specific requirements for programming language. No specific requirements for GUI. Application must be delivered as source code with design specification and instructions for build and deployment. Specific expertise that I am seeking This is very initial phase of bigger project. I look for experienced development team or individual professionals for a long-term partnership. You should have a prior experience in development of low-level applications for different mobile platforms. You should be familiar with certification procedures for Symbian applications. Timeframe for delivery No specific timeframe, the sooner the better. The project will be split on three phases in terms of payments and delivery: a) design specification documents b) Code delivery c) Acceptance test Budget The actual budget is not defined, so you can feel free to put your bids either below or higher then budget range defined in this post.
