Description:	I need to provide a voting system for a company to elect the internal representatives. The voting people are 150. each people has a different weight (range 1 to 1000) and own on a specific division (nord, centro, sud). At the election day the people has to insert username and password and vote for two different list of candidates First list the same for everybody (7 people Italy list) Second list different for the each division (three at all north centre sud) (7 people) Each voting person can put different votes for each candidate but not more then his weight We need to store each voting person what voted and each candidate how many vote had We need a password for the administration. The administration will put the users and the candidates. The voting people can only vote no access to anythinng else Database Fields Voting people o username o password o name o surname o division [Area (North centre south )] o weight [Iscritti] number field o text area candidates nord division name surname number of votes candidates south division name surname number of votes candidates centre division name surname number of votes candidates italy division name surname number of votes we need a final report for the italy list and the three different divisions. Also viewing the report has to be protected by the administrator password
