Description:	Stock management and statistics for existing e-commerce store. Project outline This project requires the programmer chosen to work on a dummy (Sandbox) version of our existing custom built e-commerce site and to get the require updates to a complete working level from which would then upload to live site. We require above all else the project to be completed within agreed time frames and to be tested fully before handing over. These needs to work in conjunction with existing e-commerce site and no changes other than these should be made. All downloadable and in excel Work required. Webstore Stock Management. We require a stock management system that will enable us to gather certain information about our stock. The attached file name “stock management download” shows an example to aid the understanding of what is required. Essentially we require this information to be accessible from our site admin at any point. Separated into Male and Female. Product divided into type i.e. t-shirts, shirts Product Brand Product name Amount of product in stock (no size breakdown just the amount of i.e. 7) Individual product trade and retail value. According to live website prices Total net trade value and gross retail value for both male and female according to live website prices Admin Management We require the ability to remove products from the database for easy of use and this should be a simple remove product button found next to the product overview. Or f this would cause issue then the ability to mark the product as expired and then it be moved to an out of the way section so as to enable better organisation of live stock. Webstore Statistics We also require an area in the admin that will allow us to retrieve certain facts about the site and its operations. These should be displayed in brief away as possible and retrievable by any date frame set. The items we require are: Monthly order totals in £ Cost of sold stock trade and retail in £ according to live website prices Cost of unsold stock trade and retail £ according to live website prices Monthly amount of individual products sold Monthly amount of customer sales Monthly postage paid in Monthly promotion codes used Monthly orders break down into gender Amount of products online at any time Order break down into product type (10 tee's, 10 jumpers etc) Any questions please ask Many thanks Additional files submitted: Stock management download.xls
